You’re in an impossible situation.
It’s obvious to me that you need to stay in uni. Logically, staying where you are makes sense. It isn’t as if you being at home makes your mother happy. She’s miserable when you’re there. The only difference is that you’re also miserable.
You do need to find support. See if there’s free therapy available through your university. Use therapy not only to help you disentangle yourself from your mom but also to find information on social services that might be available to your mom. Your mom needs practical help, and you aren’t equipped for that no matter where you are.
It’s not the house itself. It’s the entire building. It seems like a condo/ apartment complex. These type of properties are usually owned by a condo corporation. They charge a monthly fee. It has nothing to do with your own unit and the repairs you might need to do inside your own unity. The fee that the condo corp charges has to do with maintaining the entire building as a whole.
