With all sympathies for OP, I might not hire OP herself, if she gives her husband access to her work email. Maybe depending upon what the position is, but also… maybe not so depending. I expect that employees may talk about generic crap that goes on in the office with their spouse, but to give access to email accounts is just… too weird, too… it paints OP as vulnerable, in a can’t-be-relied-on sort of way.
After seeing posts like this I feel like I can’t trust anyone… It’s so sad.
If you keep pushing for her to make contact, she will eventually block you. She's taking space to be respectful of her relationship.
There is nothing you can do.
No, then you're just enforcing YOUR beliefs on to them, which makes you a hypocrite.
You would be consider a fool and the door mat if you take her back.
