You don't ask him about does he want you or anything like that, it just doesn't make sense and causes him additional stress.
That he went soft during sex is not an issue at all. If he doesn't finish the job with any of his remaining appendages you can get back to it later or next time. Do not in any case demonstrate it is a big deal.

You should have sent the evidence to your phone so he can't lie to your friends later. I'd just text him and tell him it's over…if he wants to know why tell him the evidence is on his phone. Then don't discuss it further. You don't need to know why he did it because that's not gonna help you at all. You just need to leave and move on in heal.
Personally if it were me I would change my locks explain to my friends and my workplace what happened and I wouldn't even talk to him other than to say it's over. He doesn't need an explanation and I would actually enjoy the fact that he had no clue why I left.

So, I know a few people with BPD and as it sounds like you understand, it's very crippling. I'm just an outsider looking in, but it seems she cut things off suddenly not because of anything you did, but because she was ashamed of herself. Understandably so.
She's probably pushing you away this nude because she doesn't want to hurt you anymore then she already has by cheating and going through her episodes.
Sounds like a really painful situation to go through, I feel for you and sounds like you care for her a lot. But she may be doing the best thing for you by cutting things off.
Firstly, none of what happened was your fault. Secondly, he does not respect you. He would have made sure you were fine while in the ER and wouldn't be such a firecracker over this. Don't let him bully you into staying.
