First break ups are a unique pain. 3 months isn't super long for this kind of grief. It will ease with time. But it will take time. I recommend not talking to her. And if possible speak to your parents. This is something they've prolly expirenced and might be able to offer some advice on.

I appreciate your advice truly. In regards to frequency however, initiation on my part will unfortunately go nowhere as that just spikes her anxiety and then she would participate but I would be able to tell that she did not really want to. It unfortunately has to be on her terms or it won’t happen at all. I also feel if I talk to her about it more than I already have in the past it would only seek to add pressure to her, which is not something I’m trying to achieve. I guess I just wish she wanted me of her own accord more, but when you’re dealt an almost perfect woman in every other aspect, it’s naked to have anything else. Such is life I suppose.
