   He made plans with you on Thursday, for Saturday night.

   The day of, he mentions he is busy because his friend from another country (like this just popped up).

   It would be safe to assume he had these plans set with his friend for a bit… If that was true, why make overlapping plans? Just plan for seperate dates.

   Instead, he tells you he should be done by 9 and will update you around 6/7pm… Radio silence. You're left hanging and by 8 you reach out to see what's going on.

   Now he goes:

   Okay lets plan for another day but do you still want to hang out at 11pm? (Was that a booty call?)

   Anyways… regardless if he was truthful or not. We will never know.

   So far that, we focus on the consideration here.

   If he was was serious about you… He would be sticking to his word here:

   Will text me at 6,7 pm to tell me exactly

   You don't want to give the girl you're seeing a bad impression. Keeping her in the loop and sticking to your word is the least you could do.

   You likely started to get yourself dressed and ready to see him. You kept your schedule clear and avoided making other plans. And he didn't sound too concerned about your time and effort. You basically wasted your Saturday night waiting around for him.

   Can't say I am a fan that level of consideration when you're starting to date someone.

   Then you're kind of going through the same thing again. Plans made, last minute back out, this time he's sick.

   Again, you'll never know if its true or not. But a compilation of last minute excuses start to paint a picture.

   Personally, I'd advise against based on the out of country friend situation solely.

   However, if you're continuing, and encounter another last minute excuse plans change… he is not worth your time. You're just convenient to him and far from a priority.
