Brother, I am sorry to say, but if it happened once, and surely VERY well could/will happen again. And, to me, the fact that you guys had only been having intercourse to conceive if any at all, but her “animalistic instincts” made her fuck another guy purely makes no sense to me. If it was because she was drunk, she would be having intercourse with you instead when she's drinking on the weekends. Sounds to me, and no offense, that she's not enjoying the sexual activity you two are having, and wanted to try someone different. I would most definitely NOT give her another opportunity to do you wrong. She needs to learn that this incident is totally unacceptable and maybe she won't do it again, wether to you (at least tell her you need time to process, maybe revisit the relationship in the future) or someone else. At least make her wait 6 months before considering to try to fix things, that way she learns from her mistake.
You're allowed to feel bad but honestly I think being upset by that is ridiculous. It's not like a special nickname or something, it's a literal children's game that everyone plays. Has he ever cheated or given you reason to suspect him? If not, you need to get some self esteem. Your jealousy and insecurity is not his responsibility, especially when he's done nothing wrong. Either you trust him or you don't; if it's the latter, you shouldn't be married.
