However, you are not blameless here either. Having ADHD doesn't give you a free pass to avoid your responsibilities, and it would be extremely challenging to be in a relationship with someone who has ADHD. I say that as someone who also has it.
You have a medical condition that you are refusing to manage, and that is on you. I get it, the concept of meds can be scary, but it doesn't need to be. For the majority of people, medication is life changing. If you are still worried about it, there are psychologists out there who specialise in ADHD, who can help you to better manage it without needing medication. But you may just need to bite the bullet, and start taking them.
My advice is to ditch the shitty BF, and focus on getting your ADHD under control. You life will be so much better for it, I promise you.
