Reading through everything she said, I wholeheartedly agree with what she is saying.
You refusal to get engaged has prompted her to start seriously thinking about her life, and yours. She realised that you two may not be as in sync as you both thought, and that clearly, you want different things in the short term, and she has started to consider what implications it may have for your relationship in the longer term.
On top of that, you are both really young, don't have a lot of life experience and it sounds like your lives are very intertwined with very little identity outside of your relationship. That can spell disaster in the long term, because it can (and does) breed resentment, anger & disappointment as you get older and start to think of all of the missed opportunities when you were younger. And that can break a relationship.
I strongly suggest that over the next few months you focus on yourself. If you come back together, great! But you also need to be realistic, and prepare yourself for the real possibility that this is a permanent break up.
