IMO, the relationship has ran it’s course. She keeps bringing up wanting to explore her sexuality without you. You aren’t okay with this. You shouldn’t have to adjust your standards in order to accommodate her sexual wishes.
Also, the lack of communication with this “friend” of hers is a red flag. It may not be cheating (might very well be) but there should be some expectations and boundaries set with communication. She shouldn’t have to be at your beck and call… but ignoring you and giving excuses every time? That’s not okay.
