To be honest, this is why you generally date someone around your age and not fresh out of college age. People are still figuring out what they want out of life and it's likely to change again and again as she gets into her late 20s.

Thank you! I appreciate this response. I do believe she would bring them to see me. Her work headquarters are located in our current city as well as many of her friends. Our children will be schooled privately from home (we have already vetted a private tutor). She has no plans on moving until everything is finalized and has rented an Airbnb nearby so that she can live there until we reach an agreement we are both satisfied with. She would move after. It almost makes it harder that she is being so amicable. It would be easier for me to be “in gear” so to speak if she wasn’t. As stupid as it is to say, it really feels like she wants what is best for our kids and me so I feel like there is hope when there probably isn’t any.

Your recounting of her reasonings are how your behavior has changed, not what about your relationship your roommate thinks is unhealthy. That being said, you have reasons unrelated to your relationship that have caused those changes in behavior and they seem totally reasonable. It sounds like dating your boyfriend has just pushed more into those changes.
It sounds like your roommate is just projecting her own insecurities. In truth, she probably just misses hanging out how you used to but she can't be mature and just say that or sees you living responsibly and is guilty about how she is more of a partier.
Based on what you've said, it sounds to be that you just want to live different lives and have different ideas of fun. That really has almost nothing to do with your relationship with your boyfriend.
