This sounds like a schizophrenic episode to me, and if her husband just died that could’ve been a trigger for it. If there’s any family history of severe mental illness such as this , this could likely be a cause of her odd paranoia and delusions. If there’s family history of dementia this could also be at play but to have such a quick decline at a fairly young age I highly suspect more at play here.

Did you ask him about the wedding specifics on WW’s affair? I know this will suck but ask him to provide details only AP and WW would know. They went back to his room? They planned it ahead of time. Those are the types of things you can use in the conversation with your wife to get her to come clean, if she thinks you know everything.
If you haven’t contacted a lawyer you need to. She’s going to lie, deny, blame shift and gaslight you. You know she’s been extremely shady. You don’t have to put them on retainer, but you need to know the laws in your area. There are places, if you sleep with you SO after confronting them the law considers it acceptance and forgiveness of the affair. Some areas allow you to sue the AP for spousal alienation. One mistake and you could be paying your cheating wife spousal support for life.
