As someone who used to be a 20yo male, I can assure you, a lot of young men are that oblivious. Stop assuming the worst in people. Again, OP said nothing to her boyfriend about it. It's not her responsibility to spell things out for him, but he isn't a mind reader and probably just didn't see an issue with it. This is not some horrible crime against humanity, he probably just didn't think about it.
If he's not okay with you having one with him and another male, it's not fair for him to ask for another woman. Regardless of fairness, if you aren't cool with it and aren't 100% enthusiastic in doing it, it's okay for you to say no, and don't let him guilt or beg you into it.
