Even if he was old enough to be, I don’t know any women in their early 20s that text their dad that often or in that manner
It depends on the circumstances. For a long term relationship, it needs to be a two-way street.
It's like he's trying to get engaged to lock in the relationship
Hello /u/FreeSpeech23,
Your post was removed for the following reason(s):
Your title did not include at least two ages/genders or was not formatted correctly
Posts must:
include details about the involved parties including ages, genders, and length of relationship, and
request advice in real situations involving two or more people
We are enforcing the two rules listed above by making all titles start with ages/genders in the following format:
[##X][##X], [## X][## X], or [##-X][##-X] where ## is the age and X is the gender (currently M, F, T, A, NB, FTM, MTF but more can be added). You can have more than two ages/genders listed, but you must have at least two at the beginning of your title. Here is an example:
[34NB][88-F] We are two people in an example post
Please resubmit with a corrected title.

Maybe she caught the ick, some people enjoy the chase, there’s really a million reasons it can happen. Don’t stress too much. It’s early on. Trust your gut always and believe people’s actions. They will do what they want to do.
There's nothing stupid about what you are hoping for.
I'm sorry that your parents aren't living up to those hopes, but that doesn't mean your hopes aren't normal, and I hope you will continue to hold on to them for other relationships you have in your life.
Sure, this is a concern is most parts of the world. But with laws that mostly favour tenants, renting is not really viewed as and is actually not “insecure”.
Tell him he has a month to find a new place and move out. Follow through.
The 1 downfall is you ll worry for the rest of your life. So take that into consideration.
I think the question you need to ask is what teams do you have that makes you stay in a relationship with someone who treats you with so little respect?
People regret things all the time, but they rarely regret getting out of a miserable relationship
OP The only advice I can give that is not already given is to not change to please her. Do it to improve yourself, to feel better, grow and be a mature person because you want to do it, not because of fear of the competition.
Examine yourself and think about your weak points, the things you want to improve, choose one and begin to work on one at the time until you create habits and results you are satisfied with and then move to the next thing. For example create a routine to help with the chores and each day work at least an hour on it, make a calendar and do it.
Comparing yourself to others is pointless, because there are a lot of better and worse people than you. Maybe talking with a therapist specialized on autism can help you to develop healthy routines and how to plan your actions to be a better version of yourself.
