A few points here. No it is not EVERY guys fantasy but it is many and we're only on this earth and get to experience things once. Him asking has nothing to do with how he views you, how attractive he thinks you are or how satisfied he is with your sex life. If anything it's probably more of a FOMO thing.
However if you are not comfortable with then he should respect that, not continue pushing. Either he accepts your answer or moves on.
