You seem to be looking for the answers to hypothetical questions that he cant really gave an opinion on until they are real.
You yourself suffer from body dysmorphia and you arent sure about your own wants or needs. How do you seriously expect him to have fixed ideas or opinions on something that has not happened yet.
You are literally planting the weight of these decisions on his shoulders.
Stop asking him pointless questions that he doesn't know the answers to and work on making a decision based on what you think you need to do with your excess skin. If you need support to make that decision, see a therapist, but it should be your decision, based on how you want your body to be.
The questions you are asking him are like asking somebody ” how long is a piece of string?”
Most people are able to support folks when they see them trying to get through something and it's likely he will do his best to help you recover etc – but if you are going to absolve yourself of the decision making, and try to get him to call it – and if you're already making him responsible for the recovery, well he probably feels like running away.
Take charge of yourself, you do what you want, for you. Leave him be, out of the equation. If hes a half decent person he will naturally try to help, but none of this is his full responsibility. It's yours.
