If she says she's 7 weeks pregnant it means she got pregnant 5 weeks ago. The way pregnancy dating works is that it starts from the first day of your last period which is 2 weeks before you ovulate. You can only get pregnant a few days before and no more than a day after you ovulate so the sex had to have occured around 5 weeks ago for her to be 7 weeks pregnant.
So if you were sleeping together 5 weeks ago then yeah you could be the dad, if you were sleeping together 7 or 8 weeks ago then it's almost impossible that you could be the dad due to ovulation dates and how long sperm can stay alive inside the body.
Take this info from someone who suffered from infertility for 3 years and learned everything there was to learn about reproductive health and is now 6 months pregnant.

It's not just the sex I promise I'm not as vain as it seems. I think there is a compatibility there with my ex the problem was a lack of communication on his side.
