First off, you need to go NC or LC with your sister since she's trying to blow up your relationship with your bf over a hypothetical date. That's insane and she's completely stabbing you in the back.
You offered a completely normal thing, to give H your sister's number. Why is that not good enough for her? Most people in her situation would be glad for that opportunity.
As for your husband, that's the most disturbing problem of all. That he would flip his opinion as soon as one obviously disgruntled person gets in his ear. If it's that easy for him to become distrustful of you, you're looking at a gigantic red flag and you might want to reevaluate that relationship. If you still want to fight for it, couple's counseling will be a must. Solid relationships don't have such fundamental distrust issues.
