I would tell gf you want to take this step but will not be policed about clothing choices in your own home. Super simple. If she doesn’t like that maybe it’s time to move on. Unless you want to forever have her telling you how to dress on your off time…
Aghhh I hope she cuts him off. She already drives him to work and talks to his teachers about him failing class. And I’m glad to hear you’re out. Are you in a better situation?
I had this issue in the beginning of my relationship. I told my partner that I didn’t like him posting those types of pictures. “Thirst traps” as the kids call them.
The ball was in his court. He stopped posting them. If he hadn’t, I was willing to end the relationship over it. I couldn’t MAKE him do anything. But I could certainly decline to continue dating him because of it.
That’s the only thing you can do. You can’t make her stop posting them. You can only express your discomfort and then decide what YOU will do moving forward. Which ultimately is going to consist of either dealing with it or dumping her.
I do believe if you are financially capable to support your family with a parent at home full time you should do it. I think it will be best for the kid.
And then far down in comments the OP will mention how many recurrent UTIs she's had. Don't suggest breaking up though! This is the only thing wrong with the human septic tank they're dating.
Well I’ve screwed up before (though not close to this much) but she has always been understanding in the past. I’ve been aware of her mental health issues, and her reason does track, although it is not a valid excuse for what she did. This is why i’m considering being understanding of the situation. no need to call me a beta lol
Yeah OP your boyfriend fried his brain on right wing culture war bullshit that’s meant to treat women horribly and bully them into shitty marriages. You have plenty of time to move on and date (or marry!) somebody that’s better for you.

as it happens, your value has now significantly lowered to her. And to humanity as a whole
“No offense but you’re dumb” is pretty much the only answer here
Ew dude. Just no. Everything you wrote reeks of grooming, manipulation and… I swear, if I were your daughter, you would be dead to me too.

So now it’s time for you to decide how to proceed

Some stories write themselves and she wrote quite the damning story

You’re not wrong, and that’s why I’m considering leaving. He technically didn’t do anything wrong, there’s no point in either one of us being upset.
