I'd propose splitting finances proportionate to your income, calculated from when you were working full-time. Or, I'd propose splitting expenses proportionately based on your current income for part-time work, but restructuring housework so that you do the lion's share – e.g. if she works 20 hours more per week than you, you do 20 hours more housework than her.
I personally would not agree to splitting expenses 50/50 with a partner who makes substantially more than me, especially if those expenses include luxuries or extras I'd rather forgo than pay for, including for housing.
