I think you need to give yourself a bit more time to process this. You're dealing with a whirlwind of emotions and who wouldn't be insanely confused about this whole ordeal.
This is not something people take in stride.
I'd recommend talking to your friends about it, but people have a tendency to spread the word.
Maybe seek a therapist so you can start venting everything out, that way you have an outlet without the information being made public (if you're wanting to keep it lowkey).
