I can understand the worry around the first time. I was her age when I lost mine too and the feeling of being late to the party can make the anxiety around it worse.
What helped me be more relaxed and open to doing stuff was to learn as much as humanly possible about it (I'm autistic so it's not a path for everyone)
You should talk to her about what exactly is worrying her the most and talk about it together, share some of your own fears and worries about the first time.
If she's worried it will hurt you can reassure her that if done with love and care it won't, at most a little uncomfortable but still enjoyable.
Other anxieties can be talked about and reassured between you both
