These aren't boundaries because besides the last one, these aren't clear lines but going to vary from person to person.
If you don't trust your girlfriend around friends of the opposite sex, you have bigger problems. People secure with themselves and their relationship do not care about stuff like this.
More importantly, none of these are rules or boundaries that can be agreed upon. Like what does it mean to not prioritize a friend of the opposite sex over your relationship? If you two have plans to eat dinner but the friend has a parent die, or gets in an accident, can your girlfriend not cancel? If the friend is having a planned birthday party and suddenly you want to hang out instead, do they have to cancel on the friend? People with common sense can realize that there are moments when other people do get priority, but overall their partner is their priority.
What's an “emotionally intimate situation”? If your girlfriend is hanging out with a friend of the opposite sex and the friends starts to cry- maybe someone died, maybe there was a bad memory triggered, can they not comfort them?
WTF does it even mean to recognize your partner isn't everything or to keep them in mind when making decisions? None of this is helpful in knowing specifically what you hope to accomplish or prevent here.
Here's an idea, just agree not to cheat and to be invested in the relationship. Women and men can be platonic friends, if a woman has a friend who is a male who has a hidden agenda, it doesn't matter because she is an adult who isn't going to be tricked, and people who want to cheat will find ways to cheat.
