my boyfriend (23M) suggested i (22F) get a boob job in front of my parents

my boyfriend came to visit my parents last weekend. at dinner my parents were talking about how i go to the gym and that i should gain weight. my boyfriend said yeah i agree. the conversation went on and my boyfriend said yeah i love her but she could be a bit better. i asked him what he meant and he said well you know we have talked about how i like bigger things (referring to my breasts). he has said passing things to me abt stuff like this but never in front of my parents. i was so embarrassed!! his first time meeting them too and it goes without saying my parents hate him now. i think i should breakup w him or at least talk to him/take a break – what should i do??
