My friend (19f) was involved in a prank that has left me (19f) terrified

I (19f) met my friend (19f) when we started university in September. We've been close ever since.

One thing we've always disagreed on, though, is walking home alone from the club. I usually walk home from clubs and pubs after a night out, rather than getting a taxi with my friends. This is because I online very close, and we on-line in a pretty safe area. But my friend always told me it was a bad idea.

On Friday night, I was walking home as usual from the club. But before I got to my house, I felt someone grab me from behind cover my mouth. All I could tell was that two men had grabbed my arms and weren't letting me go.

Obviously, I was terrified and started screaming and crying. They let go of me and I ran to my home. I even called the police.

The next day my friend told me it had just been a prank to teach me not to walk alone and night. Turns out the guys were actually friends of hers (M24 and M23), who I've met before. But in the dark, and while drunk, I didn't recognise them at all.

I'm so angry at my friend. She can't understand why I'm angry because she says I should have recognised them and knew they weren't going to hurt me. But all I thought in the moment was all the horrible things that could happen to me. I don't know if I can forgive her.
