You might want a new phone number so he can't harass you from someone else's phone. Make an appointment to see a therapist. Get yourself into individual therapy and do not even consider another serious relationship until your therapist thinks you're in a good place to establish/enforce healthy boundaries (it's gonna be at least a year or two). Casual dating is fine, but no serious one-on-one dating with anyone for a while. The point is for YOU to get healthy!
