Sounds like you both really suck at communication. You have two choices learn how to have an argument in a constructive way or breakup. Her acing like a child was wrong but you telling her to f off was the wrong thing to say as well. Stop being children, you are grown ups learn to use your words.
This comes off as self-centered to me. She's going through the grieving process. She's lost a parent at a fairly young age (or at least much younger than we all expect/hope to) and you're all “me me me”. She's been upfront and honest with you. You just arent hearing her. Its totally cool if the current dynamic doesnt work for you but it sounds like you're leading yourself on. You're placing expectations on the situation bc they're what you want, not what she's able to offer at this time. Accept it or move on.
Sidenote: even if she were to commit to you rn and she hadnt lost her parent, things still might not work out. Any relationship can come to an end and thats simply a risk you take with romantic relationships.
