Keeping it will cause way bigger problems. It’s not nice that she doesn’t want to be friends but that doesn’t mean you should steal from her.
Put the money in a separate account and reach out to her (and maybe a partner or parent if you have details) on a few different platforms that can be traced in case you ever need proof and just leave it. If she wants the money she can come to you and if not you can probably claim it as yours in a few years.
She is just abusive. Just because she may have an hormone imbalance or adhd doesn't give them a pass to abuse others. I know plenty of people with different mental illnesses and they are not that way, unless they specifically dislike someone or resent them so they mistreat that person in particular.
