Im sorry to say this but neither you or we can get him to change his attitude.
For me the problem is not that he is currently unemployed. The problem is that he took a work under green card but don't respect the opportunity enough to make it work but quit because of a tantrum. After that he is not prioritizing to find another job, but has delusions of easy money just because he woykd be self employed. He does not have any business sense or business idea whatsoever, so him starting a lucratice company is never happening.
On top of these attitude problems, he sees no issue with mooching from you by letting you work yourself to death.
He is a lazy parasite with a lazy parasites attitude. He is not dumb or incapable, but unwilling, stubborn and lazy. Cut him off or he will drag you with him.
Her OCD wouldn't force her to record it. It also wouldn't force her to have one more row after you got together so there's nothing technical about her cheating. And she can't be that self conscious about her body if she was willing to do it with this other dude and RECORD it. Your choice but personally I'd be showing her the door
